- Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel,

- The grave of Abdullah Ibn Abbas and the mosque by his name - the cousins of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He is considered to be the greatest mufassir of the Qur'an,

King's Fountain is one of the many attractions in Jeddah. Because this is the highest waterfall in the world. Powered by jet propellers, this fountain can shoot water up to 853 feet above sea level. উত্তর: হ্যাঁ এখন একাধিকবার উমরাহ পালন করা এবং রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.)-এর রওজা মুবারক জিয়ারত করা যাবে।জিজ্ঞাসা: ওমরাহ করতে যেতে চাইলে কি ভ্যাকসিন নেয়া বাধ্যতামূলক ?
উত্তর: জ্বি এখন পর্যন্ত বাধ্যতামূলক। সৌদি আরব কর্তৃক এখন পর্যন্ত ভ্যাকসিন গুলো হলো- ফাইজার, বায়োইনটিকে, মর্ডানা, জনসন এন্ড জনসন, এবং অক্সফোর্ড এস্ট্রাজেনেকা। আর কারো যদি সিনোভ্যাক অথবা সিনোফর্ম - এর কোনটা নেয়া থাকে তবে তাকে সৌদি আরবের অনুমোদিত ভ্যাকসিন গুলোর যে কোনো একটির বুস্টার ডোজ নিতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, ফুল ডোজ ভ্যাকসিন দেয়ার ১৪ দিন পর ট্রাভেল করতে হবে।জিজ্ঞাসা: প্যাকেজ কন্ফার্ম হবার পর যদি কোনো কারণে আমি প্যাকেজ ক্যানসিল করতে চাই, অথবা ট্রাভেল করার ২৪ ঘন্টা আগে যে "পিসিআর" টেস্ট করতে হয় যদি সেটিতে আমার কোভিড পজেটিভ আসে তবে আমি কি প্যাকেজ এর সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত পাবো ?

- Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.
- Approved vaccines are Sinopharm, Pfizer Biotech, Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson with the full dose for KSA.
- Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
- Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
- All services depend subject to availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
- We have quoted the above package prices based on current riyal / USD conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
- Any changes can occur without prior notice.
- No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
- meherba.com reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any tour package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.

VEHICLE STATUS:
- All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van. Mentioned that, a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed for per person. However, for private transportations or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.
- Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportations 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
- All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
- meherba.com is not responsible if the vehicle delays due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.
HOTEL POLICIES:
- As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
- Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
- meherba.com is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
- Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the meherba.com salesperson before booking the package.
- In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there but it doesn't work. Only you can use WiFi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception. Maybe there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower. A single room does not mean one bed in the room, or a twin room does not mean two beds in the room; rooms can be two beds / three beds / four beds of any kind. Usually drinking water is not provided in the room, you have to buy your own drinking water.
PASSPORT POLICIES
- During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone then it’s the guest's responsibility to inform meherba.com on the same day.
MOYALLEM ACTIVITIES:
- Moyallem will not be available at the time of performing UMRAH but we can provide it on a request basis. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE:
- For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.
- For any kind of natural issue like flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then meherba.com will not be responsible for that.
ZIYARAH TIMING:
- Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).
