Before we go further, please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy including our Refund Policy. Here are the details:

General Terms & Policy:

The Service is provided to authorized persons or organizations (referred to this document as a “Subscriber” or “you”). Any use of
the service is subject to any restrictions listed below. By using the Service, you are agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and
Policies.

If you are not agreed to be bound by these Terms and Policies, you must cancel your account immediately and may not thereafter
use or attempt to use the Service.

• Prices and Charges: bikorshon reserve the right to pass the charges on to you for any external tools & services which is not under bikorshon or owned by bikorshon.
• We do not share, rent, sell or release your personal information to any individual, entity or third party.
• Term – The Service is provided to you for as long as you wish to use it, however we are not responsible for any services if you use
  it in a way that violates the terms of use or misuse or any kind of unauthorized use.
• If you are using Free or GPL / Null or crack items for your services it’s completely up to you if you lose any of your data or security
  bikorshon will not be responsible for these problems. Yet, bikorshon may try to recover your data or help in a way.
• After handover the project and data you will be completely responsible for each file and bikorshon will not be responsible
  if any problem occurs. Of course, bikorshon will be happy to help!
• Make sure you save all of your important details like user name, password, emails etc. for future use. Remember that bikorshon
  doesn’t store your data as it is security issue and make sure you change any info you want.
• We do not allow any illegal activities if you use, we will not be responsible for that.
• After handover the project free Support / revision is not applicable for redesign the website. Redesign charge applicable.
• If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our billing department who will attempt to rectify the situation.
  If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a refund within 30 days. There are no
  refunds past the 30-day period.
• Additional charges may impose if extra services include after submitting the quotes or agreement of works.
• For any subscription of package services like Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Design for Social Media Management, Website Maintenance and SEO, Design for Branding etc. the minimum agreement period would be for 3 months. If someone wants to cancel the subscription both party can do it with a 7days prior notice. Subscribers must count the service charge for the active days.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may change our Privacy Policy. We will update those changes on this page and our website so that our
customers will always beaware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we share the
information with others.
